Brian Morris has over 40 years of automotive experience. During his career he has worn a multitude of hats ranging from service technician to president of an automotive collision center. As our current Service Director, Brian has made good use of the vast knowledge he has aquired throughout his lengthy career. Brian is MBUSA Certified through 2009.

Larry began at Friendly Motorcars in June of 2009. He was a service advisor in our sister store, Mercedes Benz of Danbury, since January of 2006. His excellent customer service and knowledge make him a great asset to Friendly Motorcars. We are happy to have him as part of the Friendly team. Larry is MBUSA Certified through 2009.

Wendy has been with Friendly Motorcars since February of 2003. She has been in the automotive industry since 1989, spending more than 10 years as a customer relations manager. Tameka joined Friendly Motorcars in November of 2007. She has worked in the Sales and Service departments and currently handles all the appointments and reception in the Service Department. Her attention to customer's needs make her an integral part of our Service Team. Tameka is MBUSA Certified through 2009.

Cynthia has been with Friendly Motorcars since August of 2001. She has held many positions within our service department, as well as in the Automobile Business for over 20 years. She is involved in her local community and is currently involved in the PTA. Cynthia is MBUSA Certified through 2009 and she attained MBUSA STAR Certification on October 23rd, 2009.

Helen has worked in a vast amount of fields in the automotive industry since 1977, including many years as a mechanic. Her tenacity for attention to detail is second to none and as the timekeeper her experience is invaluable. She has been with Mercedes Benz over 9 years. Helen is MBUSA Certified through 2009 and she attained MBUSA MASTER Certification on April 18th, 2009.

John has been working on Mercedes Benz vehicles since 1988 and has lived in Dutchess County for over 23 years. John is MBUSA Certified through 2009 and he attained MBUSA MASTER Certification on October 19th, 2006.

JP has been with Friendly Motorcars since January of 2002. He graduated from Baran Institute of Technology and then was part of the Mercedes Benz ELITE training program. JP has recently been one of the MB Stars of Service Champions, which acknowledges the top 10% of technicians in the country. He also is fluent in Spanish. JP is MBUSA Certified through 2009 and he attained MBUSA MASTER Certification on September 20th, 2005.

He also worked at Prestige Mercedes Benz for 7 years. Rich has been a volunteer firefighter in his town of Wallkill for over 11 years. Rich is MBUSA Certified through 2009 and he attained MBUSA MASTER Certification on September 25th, 2008.

Mads is MBUSA Certified through 2009 and he attained MBUSA MASTER Certification on March 3rd, 2006.

She has been a Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry since 1985. She is involved in the local community in several organizations including 4H and the PTA.
